COVID-19 vaccinations – How did it go for you?

Healthwatch Suffolk is asking people who have had a COVID-19 vaccination in the county to share their experience. 

The organisation, which uses the views of Suffolk people to shape and improve local health and care services, will make your feedback known to the leaders of the county’s health and social care system.

Healthwatch Suffolk has created a simple online form which people can use to say how their vaccination went. It’s quick, easy and you can be anonymous. People giving feedback are encouraged to state the location they attended for their vaccination.
