Receptionist – Suffolk Primary Care – Stow Health
Stowhealth is an established GP Practice in Stowmarket, Suffolk and part of Suffolk Primary Care.
We pride ourselves on offering an excellent, efficient and friendly service to all patients.
We currently have two vacancies for part time receptionists, each position is for between 15 to 20 hours per week. Please see job description for details of the roles and responsibilities for this position.
Previous reception experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
Interviews will be held week commencing 23rd September with a minimum of two people on the interview panel.
Main duties of the job
Offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
Gain a full understating of our appointment booking system including the operation of AMGP (Ask My GP)
Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including the provision of photocopying, managing tasks within clinical system and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team
