DRAFT NOT FOR USE BY PATIENTS AT THIS TIME
This page has been put together by Suffolk GP Federation on behalf of Suffolk GP Practices to help patients understand how the Right to Choose (RtC) referral process works, what you need to provide, and what you can expect from your local GP Practice if you are considering requesting an ADHD assessment.
This information is for adults only.
If your concern relates to a child or young person, please speak to their school or visit the Suffolk SEND Local Offer – Autism, ADHD and Neurodevelopment pages to see how to make a referral for a young person.
