North East Essex Diabetes awarded Highly Commended for delivery of X-Pert Diabetes Programme

The North East Essex Diabetes team are delighted to announce that they have been awarded with a Highly Commended for The greatest improvement in Cardiovascular Disease risk factors (Cholesterol & Blood Pressure) at 6 months after delivery of the X-Pert diabetes programme.
This national diabetes programme is delivered as part of structured education to patients with Type 2 diabetes.
