Staff survey results 2017

The results of our 2017 staff survey have been very encouraging.

In total, we had 96 responses including those working in GP+.

Generally, Suffolk GP Federation compares very favourably with NHS organisations. Also, 89% ‘agreed’ or ‘strongly agreed’ that if a friend or relative needed treatment that they would be happy with the standard of care provided by the Fed.

Suffolk GP Federation prides itself on our open and transparent approach and members can be assured that we will address any issues arising from the survey as a priority.
