David Pannell

David has more than 20 years of business experience, including management consultancy at Price Waterhouse Cooper and as Director of Research at Durlacher in the City of London. He has worked with primary care organisations in Suffolk since 2007. He has a BA in Economics from Manchester University and an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School.
