Ruth has been a GP for over a decade, most recently a salaried GP and trainer at Saxmundham surgery. Previously she spent seven years at Derby Road in Ipswich where she was initially a salaried GP and went on to became a partner. Ruth was also a member of the Suffolk Local Medical Committee for three years to 2013.
