Little St John’s Surgery are looking for a Care Navigator to join our team in Woodbridge. You will need to be flexible, highly motivated and friendly with an excellent eye for detail.

Receptionist Job summary:

Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive, professional and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

The post offers 22 hours a week as follows:

• Monday AM 08:00 to 13:00
• Wednesday PM 13:00 to 19:00
• Thursday AM 08:00 to 13:00
• Friday PM 13:00 to 19:00

*Plus occasional Saturday mornings and cover for holidays and sickness as required. Any employment offer will be subject to a full DBS check and References.
